President's Message
Our Mission: We are a network of successful REALTORS® advancing women as professionals and leaders
in business, the industry, and the communities we serve.
2025 is the year we REALTORS® rise above the occasion and thrive as successful professionals. It is interesting how many Women’s Council networks have chosen the word “rise” in their theme without coordination. It just goes to show how we all feel about the current condition of this post-COVID world. After years of chaos and adapting, we are ready to take our stride with a vision.
With the help from my friend Karen Nowicki, owner of iNudge and founder of Phoenix Business RadioX, we craft our 2025 theme and vision:
“Rise & Thrive: crafting a legacy of abundance, leading with vision, and stepping into financial prosperity through bold & consistent action"
We will take our members’ business growth seriously, whether through education or professional networking opportunities. We will learn from those before us, so that we carry on the mission of Women’s Council. As the President of your local network, my goal is to make sure we train and mentor as many REALTORS to take up the leadership positions, whether it is in Women’s Council or our local, state, and national associations.
How are we going to execute our vision? We are going to establish proven systems and follow them diligently, just as we would with our own real estate business. We know if we do that, our membership will grow because of it.
