As we step into 2024, I deeply appreciate the trust that has been placed in me to nurture our network and mentor the future leaders who will follow in the footsteps of all of our current leaders. I understand the weight of this responsibility and pledge to lead by example, in tandem with our dedicated team. With that said, it is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the 2024 President of Texas.

They say, one kind word or gesture can change the trajectory of another person’s life. I am living proof of that. This remarkable organization has played a pivotal role in shaping the person I am today thanks to a kind woman in the back of the room. Together, we can empower each other and create that enduring influence not only in our professional lives but also in the communities we call home. Each one of us harnesses that same power to encourage another and collectively, we will remain steadfast in our dedication to advocacy, inclusion, equality and growth. We will strive to be a welcoming place, where all individuals are encouraged to forge their unique path. We will elevate our legacy while nurturing and cultivating relationships because we believe in the power of relationships!

My vision is to leave a lasting impact, ignite change, and serve as a constant reminder to invest in your own inner peace through self-care. We share resources, encourage each other, learn together, and ultimately do better business together.
