Blue Ridge

The Blue Ridge Network of Womens Council of Realtors welcomed me as a member in my first year of my career in Real Estate. It is because of the women of this program lifting me up and embracing me that I really began to explore all that was available to me in terms of our association, education and networking. I learned that there was more to just helping clients and showing homes- We are given oppurtunities to serve, uplift and encourage both within our association and within Womens’ Council of Realtors.

I love that being a part of this wonderful organization allows me to seek out other women (and men) who might just need someone to tap their shoulder and ask if they’d like to take on new responsibilities! I love helping to choose speakers and programs that I truly believe will be beneficial to our members. And most of all, I love coming together as a group and learning from other women, and offering the skills and knowledge that I have in return. Our board consists of six people from all different walks of life and even different job titles, and I have learned from each and every person on every board I have served on during my soon to be three years on the board. 

Thank you for allowing me to continue to serve- I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for us! We have a lot of exciting events in the works, and we hope to see you there.
