Women’s Council likes to take people and inspire them to inspire others, a one stop shop for your personal and professional growth. Supporting woman as industry leaders empowering each other in the business of real estate. 

Leadership often finds us in ways we don’t expect. Leadership isn’t just about having all the answers or the perfect plan—it’s about being willing to step up, even when things seem uncertain. Many leaders face moments of doubt, but it’s how we handle those moments that sets us apart. Often, those who dare to lead despite their fears find the greatest growth, not only in leadership but also in their personal development. How do we respond instead of react.

It’s true that sometimes the focus on “breaking the glass ceiling” can overlook the foundational struggles we face — the internal barriers, self-doubt, and external circumstances that can feel like the floor itself is caving in. Before we can rise, we often have to rebuild our confidence, our sense of worth, or even just our stability. The process of breaking through those floors can be just as important, if not more so, than the later successes we aim for.
