As we look ahead to 2026, I want to share share with you our vision that will guide our network this year. Our focus is simple: strengthen our community, create meaningful opportunities for connection and learning, and support each of you as leaders in your businesses and in our industry.

This year, we’re aligning with the national direction of Women’s Council by centering our work around influence, leadership development, purposeful education, and amplifying the voices and stories of the incredible women in our network. You’ll see these themes reflected in our events, our collaborations, and the way we show up for each other throughout the year.

We’re also committed to deepening our partnerships so we can continue offering valuable experiences and expanding our impact across Eastern Connecticut. Even small growth creates big momentum, and together we can build a stronger, more connected network.

Most importantly, we want every member to feel welcome, supported, and involved. Whether you attend one event or all of them, whether you’re stepping into leadership or simply looking to learn and connect, there is a place for you here.
