Take time to highlight your re-joining members.
You've gained members from the Come Back Campaign, and that's great news! But what is YOUR NETWORK doing to welcome them back? Consider some of the ideas below...
- Highlight your members socially! We've created a simple template in Canva for you to showcase your re-joining members on social media. Use our template to edit, download and share.
- Acknowledge your re-joining members through a local or state newsletter. Use our sample verbiage below or get creative with your own:

As a reminder, the Come Back Campaign ends on June 30th, this webpage is full of information on the program. This is an internal, not public campaign, for designated lapsed members only.

Summer is the Time to Hold Elections
States should be using the Job Descriptions (found in the Network Glossary) when credentialing teams are meeting. The full State Credentialing & Election Policy is also available as a reminder.
Elections must be held and reported to National by the outgoing First Vice President by September 30th.
2025 National Liaison Application Deadline Extended
Applications for 2025 National Liaisons have been extended until June 30, 2023.
National Liaisons oversee the work of the Women’s Council in their respective regions (West, Central, East) and act as the representative of the President in such matters as may be assigned to them. The role is highly visible to leaders and members, and they are an integral part of the national leadership at Women's Council.

Network 360 Leadership Conference Aug 9-11
This annual invitation-only leadership conference is specifically designed for 2024 Presidents, National Liaisons and State Liaisons and equips them with the tools for success in their leadership year ahead. Registration is open and the meeting will be held August 9-11 in Chicago. Click here for more details.
Leadership Institute Application Period Open
This year-long program develops leaders who have demonstrated leadership potential through their local and state networks, with the goal of creating a network of industry experts across the country who are actively involved in improving our Council. The application period is open until July 1. Candidates are chosen in August and the program is for the 2024 calendar year. Click here for more information.
Reminder to State Networks: LID Applications
Please submit your Leadership Identification and Development Committee recommendations via this Jotform by June 30, 2023. As a reminder, you can make 1-10 recommendations.

2023 Supporting Women of Real Estate Grant Program Deadline Extended to June 30!
The National Association of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® are pleased to announce that the application period for the 2023 Supporting Women of Real Estate Grant is now open. The application period has been extended to June 30, 2023.
As part of the network model, networks must conduct a minimum of 6 mission-focused events annually. One of the four industry events must be conducted collaboratively with other local networks, with the local REALTOR® association, or with a related real estate organization.This is the fifth year for our partnership which provides local and state REALTOR® associations the opportunity to receive funding to provide new and innovative programs focused on advancing women in the real estate industry and are a perfect collaboration touchpoint with local Realtor® associations.
