My name is Nicole Kuch and I am your 2025 Local President of the Women's Council of Realtors of Coastal Virginia. I am honored to be serving this year, following a legacy of incredible presidents that are dynamic and highly impactful in our local area.
Starting in real estate in 2017, I began my journey as a transaction coordinator. For years, I believed that I was simply “just a TC”. But, when my mentor tapped me to visit a Women’s Council event in 2021, I didn’t know how it would transform my future. Since then. I have served as First Vice President, President Elect, and now the newly installed 2025 president for Coastal Virginia network.
As a network, our focus this year is to bring passion, involvement and the mission of Women’s Council to our members, present and future. We are focused on growing the network and ensuring all members, tenured and recent, feel seen and involved. With our loyal Strategic Partners by our side, supporting the council and its mission, we look forward to an incredible year!
