It is with immense honor and enthusiasm that I, Karla Johnson, step into the role of President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Fort Worth Tarrant Network for 2025. This opportunity fills me with gratitude and excitement as we begin a year of growth, connection, and empowerment within our incredible community.

For those who don’t know me yet, I’d like to share a little about myself. I’m a proud Texan and a seasoned REALTOR® who believes in the power of collaboration and continuous learning. Alongside my real estate career, I’m a dog mom, RV park developer, and spouse to my amazing boyfriend and business partner, Jason. These roles have taught me the value of teamwork, persistence, and building spaces where people can truly thrive—values I bring with me as your President.

My vision for our network is simple yet impactful: to uplift and empower women in our industry. This year, we’ll focus on fostering professional development, enhancing leadership skills, and creating opportunities for meaningful mentorship and collaboration. Together, we will ensure that every member of our network has the resources, support, and confidence to succeed in their real estate careers.

As REALTORS®, we play a vital role in shaping our local communities. In 2025, I aim to strengthen our community engagement efforts through impactful initiatives that make a real difference. Whether it’s connecting with local businesses or organizing projects that enhance the neighborhoods we serve, we’ll showcase the power of women in real estate as leaders and changemakers.

I am incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received throughout my leadership journey. To my fellow board members, mentors, and colleagues—you inspire me daily, and I’m deeply honored to lead alongside you. I promise to serve with integrity, passion, and dedication, always keeping the best interests of our members at heart.
