Dear Esteemed Members of the Women’s Council of Realtors Bay Area-Houston,

Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I am honored and humbled to serve as your President again; having previously served in 2020. The past few years have brought challenges that tested our resilience and determination, but they have also highlighted the strength, grit, and unwavering spirit of our network. Together, we have weathered the storm, and now, we are ready to rebuild, reclaim, and rise to new heights.

The 2025 Board is deeply committed to helping you and your business return to the thriving success you've previously experienced or maybe your ready pave your path of success for the first time. We recognize the struggles of the past few years, and our focus this year is on providing the tools, resources, and support needed to reignite your growth and momentum. Inspired by the wisdom of Matthew Kelly’s book Holy Moments, we are using its powerful insights to guide us as we pave the way forward. By embracing the small, meaningful moments that create lasting impact, we will foster an environment where every member can thrive.

Renewal and Resilience Workshops: Practical sessions focused on overcoming challenges, rebuilding business strategies, and finding balance.

Business Reboot Series: Comprehensive workshops to help you refine your skills, adopt innovative strategies, and meet the demands of today’s real estate market.
Community Reconnection Initiatives: Projects that allow us to give back and strengthen the bonds within our local communities.
Annual State and National Conferences: Forums to learn from industry leaders, stay ahead of trends, and be inspired by our collective vision for the future.

Our network thrives on the belief that we are stronger together. The challenges we have faced have only solidified the importance of collaboration and support within our community.
