Welcome to 2025, as the new year brings countless opportunities. The 2025 Executive Board and I will be committed to helping with our network’s growth. We will collaborate with members on new initiatives to provide professional and personal development opportunities.

Our focus is fostering professional growth, enhancing business opportunities, and providing valuable resources. We aim to empower our members with innovative education, advocacy initiatives, and a robust network of industry connections. By strengthening our strategic partnerships, we seek to create mutually beneficial collaborations to drive innovation and success within the real estate sector. Together, we will work towards creating a vibrant and unified community that supports the aspirations and achievements of every member.

The mission statement of Women's Council of REALTORS® is "We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve." By teaching leadership styles and encouraging leadership roles, we will bring to our members another important key to personal and professional success.
