Welcome to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® North Carolina Piedmont Network homepage!
As we reflect on 2024, our inaugural year, I want to take a moment to celebrate our achievements and share our vision for 2025.

Thanks to each of you. We’ve made remarkable strides in building a strong community of women in real estate, growing from 0 to 50 members, 18 strategic partners, successfully hosting six impactful events, exciting pop-ups and receiving national recognition!

Your dedication and enthusiasm have been the backbone of our success. As we move forward, I want each of you to know that you will alway have a safe place within our network.  I am thrilled to announce that our theme for 2025 will be “Stronger Together; Mentoring to Thrive.”

Mentorship is vital in our industry, and we want to create a culture where experienced members can uplift and guide those who are ready to grow in their careers. By fostering these invaluable relationships, we empower each other to reach new heights in our professional journeys.

Here are some exciting initiatives your 2025 board will be implementing this year:

1. Membership Growth: Our goal is to increase our membership by 25%.  We encourage you to invite colleagues and peers who would benefit from being part of our network. Together, we can build a diverse and vibrant community.

2. A Structured Mentorship Program: We are excited to launch a structured mentorship program aimed at promoting opportunities for experienced members to engage with those seeking mentorship. This program will provide resources and support to foster meaningful connections and professional growth.

3. Skill Development Workshops: We will offer specialized workshops focusing on essential skills such as negotiation, marketing, and technology. These workshops will not only enhance your expertise but also serve as a platform for mentorship collaboration and networking.

4. Community Outreach: We will engage in community service initiatives that empower women in real estate. Our goal is to extend our impact beyond our network and support those looking to enter our industry.

I encourage each of you to actively participate in these initiatives, as your involvement is key to our collective success. Your feedback is also invaluable, so please feel free to share any ideas or suggestions you may have.

Let’s make 2025 a year of growth, empowerment, and mentorship! I look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming events and witnessing the incredible connections we will nurture together.
