As we step into 2026, I am incredibly honored to continue serving alongside such dedicated, driven, and inspiring leaders across New York State. Each new year brings an opportunity to reflect, reset, and recommit—and I do so with deep appreciation for the strength of this organization and the women who make it thrive.

The past year reminded us of what is possible when we lead with purpose and collaboration. Together, we expanded our reach, strengthened our local networks, and continued to evolve how we support REALTORS® in a changing industry. From embracing innovation and new technology to deepening connections and developing future leaders, our collective efforts have positioned Women’s Council as a powerful force for growth and influence.

I am especially grateful for the leaders who paved the way and those currently serving at every level. Your willingness to step up, share your talents, and lead with integrity is what fuels our success. Because of you, Women’s Council remains a place where women are empowered, supported, and encouraged to lead boldly.
