Dear Members and Strategic Partners,
It is with excitement and gratitude that I step into the role of President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® St. Charles Network. As I shared during Installation, this organization has played a large role in giving me confidence and a network of support in my first few years of real estate. It’s an honor to now give back to the Council that has played such a pivotal role in my professional growth.
While preparing for the upcoming year, the 2025 Governing Board has made a covenant to guide our work and interactions:
- Ensure all voices are heard and respected.
- Uphold commitments with integrity.
- Foster vulnerability and trust through honesty and transparency.
- Engage in difficult conversations with grace and kindness.
- Continuously improve communication and negotiation skills.
- Create a nonjudgmental space that honors our authentic selves and the Council’s purpose.
These values reflect our vision and goals not only for the Governing Board, but the network as a whole. We are committed to fostering an empowering environment in which every member feels valued and supported in achieving their goals.
Our mission is to help you reach new heights in your real estate business through our educational events, networking opportunities, leadership training, and referral connections. We also encourage you to connect with our strategic partners, who are invaluable industry experts ready to help grow and support your business.
But the true magic of the Women’s Council happens when you get involved! Attend our meetings, join a committee, and don’t hesitate to reach out to me or our Governing Board. We want to hear from you and learn how we can support your unique journey.
