Metropolitan St Louis
Greetings Women's Council Metro St. Louis Members!
I am extremely excited about this coming year of my Presidency in 2025. 2024 definitely presented challenges and anxiety. Navigating through the noise of the NAR lawsuits, low inventory and high interest rates (to name a few).
While all of these things were going on, Women's Council Metro St. Louis sustained a strong network of community for agents to lean on and meander through the rocky waters.
My vision for 2025 is to continue to offer educationial and business opportunities for all of members and strategic partners as well as giving back to our communities. There will be 9-10 events planned through out the year as well as the follow comminity engagement initiatives.
The Saint Joseph Housing Initiative is a non-profit organization that rehabs homes in North and
South St. Louis City. In each of their rehabbed homes, the new buyer receives 5k in automatic
closing cost credit, all appliances including Fridge, a new Washer, Dryer and lawnmower. In
addition, this organization partners with Home Sweet Home, an organization that allows the
new homebuyer to “shop” in their warehouse for household items such as dressers, furniture,
and other home essentials. Free of charge to the Buyer! A service day will be planned in the summer to help with one of their home projects.
I am currently on the Advisory Board for The Gateway Arch Foundation. This organization
funded the newer Gateway Arch grounds/museum, the rehabilitation of Keiner Plaza and
currently the Old Court House, which will be reopening in May as a Dred Scott Museum. TGAF
is also in the process of purchasing the condemned Millennium Hotel on Broadway. There are
many ways that we as REALTORS can support the Foundation. Several events throughout the
year are perfect activities to share with friends and family, new or past clients, and the entire community as a whole to give support to our Beloved City of St. Louis.
September 11, 2001 is a day that we as a nation will never forget. This year, WCR of Metro St.
Louis will host a First Responder Lunch Giveaway. Any Police, EMT, or Firefighter can come by and grab a hot lunch as a “Thank You” for their Service.

Strive to Thrive in 2025!
