As we embark on 2025, I am honored to serve as President of the Women's Council of Realtors Northwest Indiana. This year’s theme, Resilience, encapsulates the core of what it means to be a Realtor in today’s dynamic and unpredictable market. In our industry, resilience is not just a necessity—it is a defining characteristic. It is the ability to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of challenges, setbacks, or adversity. Realtors are continually called upon to navigate the ups and downs of the real estate market, to work with diverse clients, and to overcome obstacles with professionalism and an unwavering drive to succeed.

In alignment with the National Women's Council of Realtors' theme for 2025, Stronger Together, we are reminded that collaboration is the key to success. Resilience is not just an individual quality but one that thrives within a supportive and united community. Together, we can rise above any challenge, drawing strength from one another and growing in ways that we could not achieve alone. I am incredibly fortunate to work alongside a leadership team that embodies this spirit of resilience and unity.

Kristiana Hamilton, our President Elect, is a strong, independent leader with boundless energy. Rebeca Cierniak, our First Vice President, is brilliant, resourceful, and a tech-savvy professional who is always there to offer support. Our Treasurer, Harris Kouklakis, is known for his hard work, intelligence, and unwavering belief in our mission. Terry Papp, our Events Director, leads with ambition and creativity. And our Membership Director, Hector Magallanes, brings a positive energy and entrepreneurial spirit that inspires those around him.

Our strategic partners are the backbone of our organization, providing the essential support that helps our network thrive. Our members are the heart of this mission, driving it forward with passion and dedication. Together, with the collective power of our leadership, members, and strategic partners, we are poised to make 2025 a year of growth, learning, and collaboration.

We will continue to host dynamic events and educational workshops that foster meaningful connections, draw in engaged audiences, and provide opportunities to exchange knowledge. These gatherings strengthen our ties to the community and empower us to contribute to its betterment. As we look ahead to the year before us, I am excited for the journey we will take together—embracing resilience, leveraging our collective strength, and thriving through the transformative power of collaboration.
