Greetings, members and future members of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Fox Valley. I am Laura Rios, and it is my honor to serve as your 2025 President.

My journey with the Women’s Council has been deeply enriching and transformative. Serving in roles such as President-Elect and First Vice President, I have remained committed to empowering and inspiring our members.

Our strength is in our network, it is in our members. It is in each of you. As we mentor each other, help each other, learn from one another, and celebrate each other's successes we each grow stronger. This is a safe place for you to step outside your comfort zone. Ask for help. Reach out to each other. Our greatest resource is each other.

We not only want to help each of you advance as professionals and leaders. As a network, we want to reach out to REALTORS in our communities. Who do you know? Bring them to our events. Tell them why you are a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS. Let's continue to grow -- grow our business, grow our network, and grow personally.
