The mission statement of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® is simple. We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve.

The Women’s Council of REALTORS® is more than just an organization; it is a welcoming community that has the power to enrich us both personally and professionally. In 2024, our primary goal is to deliver unparalleled value to each and every one of our Members and Strategic Partners, while building stronger business relationships and a more robust referral system. We are here to be resilient, visionary, and empowering.

Our journey to this point has been paved with determination, grit, and a shared vision. We stand at the threshold of an exciting new era, one that promises growth, empowerment, and community in real estate, particularly for women professionals.
