Please allow the board to conduct the meeting, as only board members are designated to speak and vote on agenda items. Members are invited to raise their hand if they wish to address the board, and they may be acknowledged by the moderator. Speaking opportunities will be granted at the discretion of the moderator. Following the governance meeting, there will be an allotted time for members to share their thoughts and engage with the board.
