As we embark on a new chapter in the Women's Council of Realtors Palm Beach County Network. It is truly an honor and privilege to stand before you as your 2024 president. I am humbled by the trust you have placed in me, and I am excited about the journey that lies ahead.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the past presidents who have paved the way for us. Your dedication and tireless efforts have shaped this network into the vibrant and supportive community it is today. I am truly standing on the shoulders of giants, and I promise to uphold the legacy you have built.

To my colleagues, I extend my heartfelt thanks for your unwavering support. The strength of our network lies in the unity and collaboration of its members. Together, we can achieve greatness, and I am eager to work alongside each of you in the coming year.

As we look ahead to the upcoming year, I am filled with optimism and hope for what we can achieve together. Our focus will be on you—the members of this esteemed network. Our success is intertwined with your growth and development, both professionally and personally.

This year, we will center our efforts on fostering leadership within our membership. I believe that each of you has the potential to be a leader not only in the real estate industry but also in the communities you serve. Let us empower one another to reach new heights, both as professionals and as contributors to the betterment of our neighborhoods.

According to the last member survey, average commission income from Council member-to-member referrals is $15,000 annually, with over half of all members referring business to another member annually. Referral opportunities are generated through participation in the networks, but also electronically.
