Description
Join us at 10am for a tour of Upton Residences (1800 Welton St, Denver, CO 80202), a new build high-rise in the heart of Denver. We'll tour the model homes and then head over to West+Main's Rino office for a chance to earn 3 CE credits!
11am-12pm: Roofing for Realtors®, taught by Dustin Pitney with Sky Manor Roofing & Exteriors (and one of our Strategic Partners), teaches the insurance claims process for roofs during a real estate transaction (1 CE credit class)
12pm-2pm: New Forms, taught by Beth Anne Demeter with SellState ACE, teaches the ins and outs of the new forms required by DORA following the settlement (2 CE credit class)
A short lunch will be provided between classes. You are welcome to come for the entire event or just attend the class you need!
