Our Mission

We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve.

Council networks and local and state associations are partners, not competitors, in serving REALTORS® and advancing the industry.

Our Plan

With our first year as a state network behind us, and the strength of the women who founded the Colorado chapter over a decade ago as our guide, we are excited about what 2023 will bring for our Colorado members and leaders.

Growth – We have already heard from folks who see the value in networking and leadership experience and want Women’s Council to have a presence in their areas. Our 2023 goal is to bring one new network online. Information meetings are being scheduled now for Southern and Southwestern parts of our state. Let us know if you’d like more information.

Leadership Opportunities – State networks’ purpose is to provide additional leadership opportunities for our members and local leaders. We embrace and encourage you to get involved or lead standing committees and project teams. We have a lot to do this year and need leaders like you to help.

Networking, Collaboration and Training - I am excited to announce that to provide the utmost value, we will be holding both a 2023 State Spring Conference and 2023 State Winter Conference. These two-day events will simplify our calendar, keep the focus on local events, concentrate local leader education and networking, and elevate our commitment to you! The 2023 State Spring Conference should start right before CAR’s Spring Summit in April. The 2023 State Winter Conference is scheduled for October and will be hosted by a local network with the intention of rotating each year. By incorporating our Orientation, leadership training, PMN classes, Governing Board meetings and Installation ceremony into two conferences, we plan to start 2023 with a bang and end it on a high note.

Our Promise

The 2023 Leadership Team is committed to providing local members and leaders with additional leadership roles so all can hone their skills while giving back to our organization and industry. We offer even more ways for our members to become strong women leaders.
