As your President of the Women’s Council of Realtors San Francisco, I am stepping boldly into this role with passion, determination, and an unwavering commitment to empower women in real estate. Our mission is clear and unapologetic: to advance women as leaders, to empower women with the tools and resources to thrive both personally and professionally, to cultivate a dynamic and supportive network, and to elevate our industry to new heights. These values have shaped my 20+ years in real estate, and they fuel my vision for the future. Our mission this year is to work on the sum of resilience adaptability, knowledge and collaboration to create transformative power. Together, we can achieve more than we ever thought possible.

This year, our focus for the real estate community is on addressing what agents need most—both personally and professionally—to move the needle and make a meaningful difference in their businesses and their lives. We are not here to deliver generic advice; we are bringing in experts to uncover opportunities and tools that they may not be aware of and explore facets of business growth that may not have been considered before.
