It is such a pleasure and an honor to serve as the 2025 President for Placer County.

After a year of Event Director, it was perfect timing to step up. I am grateful for the strength I have alongside me and grateful for the opportunity to have a glowing 2025.

As we move forward together, I am excited to continue building on the pillars of strength that make this council exceptional - strengthen our community and empower each member through our core pillars: leadership, education, networking, and referrals..

Women’s Council has always been about elevating our members—empowering every one of you to grow, excel, and become a pillar of strength in your own right. I believe our mission is to ignite that spark in each of us, to foster a community that doesn’t just network but truly connects, and to create value in every interaction, event, and initiative

This year, we will focus on several core areas that will enrich your experiences and provide valuable returns.

Wellness and balance In our busy industry, it’s essential to take care of ourselves. We will introduce programs that promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Our strength as professionals comes not only from our knowledge and skills but also from a balanced, resilient mindset.

Education – Another way we light the path to expand our knowledge is through workshops, seminars, and certifications.

Engagement and Networking will be at the heart of everything we do. Through engaging events and collaborative opportunities, this is a community where you feel valued, supported, and inspired. Let’s make networking more than just exchanging business cards—let’s make it a spark that keeps our community strong and vibrant.

Finally, referrals. Referrals are a powerful way we support each other’s businesses and build trust within our network. By sharing opportunities and sending business each other’s way, we strengthen the foundation of our community and demonstrate the power of collaboration. When one of us succeeds, we all do.
