Spring Into New Homes

Join us for a fun filled day touring new home communities around East County.

We are excited to be hosting the 2023 "Spring into New Homes" bus tour. It is encouraged that you dress in your 'florally spring' best or St Patty's Day attire if the Irish in you just can't stand not to be festive in your own skin.

Spend the day networking while visiting local new construction from Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch and Pittsburg. Breakfast, lunch and dessert are provided thanks to our sponsors!

URGENT PARKING NOTE: Everyone needs to park on the side of Delta Association where the oil change shop is. DO NOT park in front of the office or in front of the medical offices. Patient parking only. The HOA will not let us use the parking lot if it interferes with all the other businesses.

8:00-8:20am – Check in and network

8:25-8:30am – Bus departs

8:50am – Arrive at Pheasant Meadow in Oakley. Have breakfast. Depart by 9:25am.

9:40am – Arrive at Acacia in Oakley. Depart by 10:10am.

10:30am – Arrive at Orchard Trails in Brentwood. Depart by 11:00am.

11:20am - Arrive at Park Ridge "The Hills" in Antioch. Depart by 12:00pm

12:30pm – Arrive at Capri in Pittsburgh. Have lunch. Depart around 1:30-2:00pm.

2:30pm(or sooner) – Arrive at Delta Association of Realtors
