Come enjoy breakfast and 1 Hour of FREE CE.

Join us for our monthly meeting, beginning with networking, and then a

1 hour class with an overview of the renovation loan and how it can me used.  We

will discuss how a buyer and seller can benefit from a renovation loan, how the renovation

program can move a listing, the allowed repairs and upgrades, and loan programs allowed.

We will review various situations, and how you present your offer to the listing agent.
