Kim Sitton is the Women’s Council of REALTORS® 2025 National Treasurer. After 30 years in corporate America, Kim began her real estate career in 2014 in College Station, Texas, in a down market. In 2016, she moved to North Idaho and got involved with the Women's Council of REALTORS® North Idaho. In 2018, she moved to the Treasure Valley, where she joined Silvercreek Realty Group as a result of connections she made through the Council. She is now the Designated/State Broker at Fathom Realty Idaho.

Kim holds ten real estate designations and certifications that include ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CREN, e-PRO, GRI, PMN, PSA, SFR, and SRS. She is a firm believer that continued professional growth helps her provide better service to her clients and the agents she supports. Exceptional leadership skills education is also the reason she is passionate about Women’s Council of REALTORS®,

Kim’s other leadership roles include Boise Regional REALTORS® (BRR) 2025 RPAC Committee Chair, 2024 BRR RPAC Committee Vice-Chair, 2024 BRR Education Advisory Committee, 2023 & 2024 Intermountain MLS Rules and Regulations Committee, 2023 Women's Council of REALTORS® National Liaison, 2023 National Executive Committee, 2023 Campaign Credentialing Review Committee, 2022 Women's Council Idaho State Liaison, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Women's Council Finance and Budget Committee, 2022 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Idaho Leadership Identification and Development Chair, 2021 Women’s Council of REALTORS® Idaho State President, 2021 Women's Council National Bylaws Committee, 2020 Women’s Council National Leadership Institute, 2020 Women’s Council Region 8 Financial Oversight Person, 2020 Women’s Council Idaho State President-Elect, 2019 Women’s Council Idaho State Treasurer, 2018 Women’s Council Treasurer for the North Idaho Network, and various local MLS committee positions. She is also a major investor and Presidents Circle member in RPAC.

Kim believes that since she has been given much, it is important to serve others in her community, and she has served in various capacities with the Southwest Idaho Business Alliance, Star Lions Club, Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy, Village at Orchard Ridge and various HOA, PTO, and church boards.
