I am honored and thrilled to address you as the incoming President for 2025. It is a privilege to lead such a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals within the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. As we embark on this new chapter, I am committed to upholding the values and mission of our organization—to build and empower women leaders in real estate and beyond.

For the coming year, Education will be at the heart of our mission. In today’s competitive and evolving market, continuous learning is essential to growth and success. I am proud to work alongside our dedicated Bergen County Leadership team, whose experience and passion will drive us to deliver exceptional educational resources and opportunities. Together, we will focus on providing tools, training, and insights that empower each of you to excel in your business and leadership roles.

In addition to our educational focus, we will also continue to emphasize the importance of Leadership, Networking, and Advocacy within our network. These pillars provide the foundation of support and opportunity that makes our council invaluable to each of us. Through education and these core values, we will help each member reach new heights in their career and in service to our industry.
