Welcome to the Women's Council of REALTORS® Knoxville Network's website!

2024 promises to be a year of opportunities for personal and professional growth for our members. My Executive Board and I are committed to creating meetings and events that will provide knowledge, skills, tools and opportunities. We will build upon the momentum created by the past presidents who worked to bring content and value to their members. We have three goals:

First, to help our members prepare for an always changing real estate environment. We will have speakers and classes that offer information and training on professionalism, communication of their skills, understanding of the local market, and ways to advance their business.

Second, to encourage networking opportunities. There will be large and small events with our Strategic Partners throughout the year so that people have diverse opportunities to attend. I believe making connections is necessary for professional growth. We will also provide events that connect our members with other REALTOR® organizations and Women's Council of REALTORS® networks.

Third, to offer occasions when leadersip skills can be practiced. The mission statement of Women's Council of REALTORS® is "We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve." By teaching leadership styles and encouraging leadership roles, we will bring to our members another important key to personal and professional success.
