Welcome to the Monterey Peninsula Network of the Women's Council of Realtors!

I am thrilled and honored to take on the role of President for the year 2024. With the pride of being a Mega Network and being awarded Network Certification for three consecutive years, Monterey stands stronger than ever. This year, we eagerly anticipate achieving even greater milestones by aligning our efforts with the organization's mission – focusing on leadership within our communities and the industries we serve.

My primary goal for our network is to equip both women and men with the tools to unlock their leadership potential. Inspired by the courageous women who founded the Women’s Council of Realtors over 80 years ago, I encourage each of you to take a leap and be intentional in your growth.

The mission for our network is twofold – to uphold and elevate our legacy by fostering robust membership, nurturing relationships with our Strategic Partners and local association, and, most importantly, promoting inclusion, diversity, and empowerment.

Our focus centers on creating high-value events for our members and community, providing opportunities to elevate businesses and nurture leadership abilities.
